When I was running alongside you I saw that you were in pain.
Tears were flowing.
So what.
You stuck with it.
You kept going.
You blew through it.
You honored your coach when he disciplined you.
This will only make you stronger-better-smarter-faster-quicker.
Boys don’t do that.
This is something young MEN learn to do.
Last night you were DOING.
Don’t ever believe someone when they tell you you’re not good enough – work harder than them until you can do it better than them.
